Once you submit an article to GetACoder, you:

1. Declare that you own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to the article, being the sole owner and author.
2. Agree to delegate authority to GetACoder, giving us full power to edit your article so that it does conform to the posted Editorial Guidelines. Please read our Editorial Guidelines before submitting your article.
3. Agree to delegate authority to GetACoder, giving us full permission for your article to be reprinted on other websites of the same type and print publications. We ask publisher(s) to follow our reprint rules as stated hereafter, but you must acknowledge that enforcing our Terms of Service for Publishers APublisher Terms of Service will be solely at your own risk and cost. In other words, if someone violates your copyright, it will be completely up to you to protect your interests and take legal action against those who have violated your copyright.
4. Acknowledge that we do not endorse or recommend anything that appears on our website. The views of the authors who have submitted their articles to this website are owned by them alone and do not necessarily reflect the views of GetACoder, its management team or owners. Furthermore, GetACoder does not recommend any product or service found via any advertisement within this website.

7. Agree to delegate authority to GetACoder, giving us full power to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than the original one.
8. Acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our website and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article. The main reason for submitting your article to our website is for the chance to be picked up by GetACoder publishers or webmasters and to be reprinted to their respective audiences.
