TERMS OF USE FOR PUBLISHERS

Once you publish/reprint any article from GetACoder in your website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication, you:

1. Agree to respect the copyrights of the authors by publishing the entire article as it was originally submitted, without changes.
2. Agree to always credit the author of the article and http://articles.getacoder.com: that means including the full Resource box or the SIG line.
3. Agree to keep all links the author included in the original article active/linkable. Adding new links could be unethical, for it could mislead readers into falsely thinking that the author supports the content found within those links. Likewise, removing links from the original is also not allowed.
4. Agree to never charge others to view any article you reprint from our website.
5. Agree to reprint no more than 120 articles from our website per calendar year per unique domain that you own.
6. Agree to never translate any article, or excerpts of it, from our website in any foreign language.
7. Agree to never sell any article from the GetACoder website.
8. Agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.
9. Agree to never reprint any author photo or images found on our site.
10. Agree that the use you make of anything connected to GetACoder, our newsletter, our RSS feed or our website is completely at your own risk, including any legal action taken against you for its misuse.
11. Agree that including Google ads found on our website when you reprint any article from our site is not necessary, but you must respect the 120 reprint limit per year.
12. Agree that any legal proceedings against you will occur in Wilmington, Delaware USA. If you violate any of the Terms of Service/Terms of Use herewith appearing and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you. Please read Section 504(c)(2) (http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#504).
13. Acknowledge that GetACoder has the sole right to revoke these reprint rights at any given time for any reason, provided you are given 48 hours written notice via email or via fax or via telephone or via postal mail. If you are unreachable, you also agree that we may contact your web hosting provider to reach you and serve this notice. Upon receiving notice from us, you will have 24 hours to immediately remove every article you received from GetACoder and must provide us with a written reply indicating that you have complied with our request in order to mitigate further action against you and your business to enforce this covenant.
14. Acknowledge that we do not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or product represented on this website.
15. Agree to never use article crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers or any automated script/software or method that attempts to mine the article content on GetACoder. You acknowledge that we may block your access to our site and/or membership.
    
16. Acknowledge that we do not permit Pop-Ups anywhere within the GetACoder website. If you receive one as a result of clicking on any of the 3rd party links found within this site, know that they did not originate from our site. If you are an author that is proud of your Pop-Ups, please do not submit your articles to our GetACoder (except java hover ads).
17. Acknowledge that we do not endorse or recommend anything that appears on our website. The views of the authors that have submitted their articles to this website are owned by them alone and do not necessarily reflect the views of GetACoder, its management team or owners. Furthermore, GetACoder does not recommend any product or service found via any advertisement within this website.
18. Acknowledge that we do not warrant or guarantee the products, services, or information found on external or 3rd party websites. Notice that even though you may find many links to 3rd party Internet websites, GetACoder is not responsible for the content or availability of these 3rd party websites.
19. Agree that no permission is required from the author of any article within our website. However, it is common courtesy to let an author know when you reprint their article. Currently, we are not providing any authors email address beyond what they may include in an article, so please find it from their website link if their email address is not provided in the article.
20. Acknowledge that the authors of the articles on this website do not dispense medical, legal or professional advice, nor do they prescribe any treatment or strategy that should be tested without the advice of a professional. Information presented on this website is for educational or entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for your own actions should you use any information found on this website.
